Estimates Only: Not Professional Advice
All calculator results, cost ranges, material quantities and article content on the Site are estimates provided for general planning and informational purposes only. They are based on standard formulas, typical material densities and general U.S. price ranges. Actual quantities and costs depend on your exact measurements, site conditions, local suppliers, labor rates, region and season.
- Always confirm quantities, product specifications and prices with your supplier before ordering.
- Get written quotes from qualified, licensed contractors before hiring anyone. Our cost ranges are not quotes.
- Structural work, including retaining walls above local height limits, drainage, grading near foundations and large-tree removal, may require an engineer, a permit or a licensed professional. Check your local codes.
